Throughout the year and a half that I worked on my senior study I would often take photos of my shadow. They became a metaphor for my work. They would be moments when I would check in with myself. What am I doing here? How is it going?

The shadows is often used as a metaphor for many things, for me it was a moment to look at my own form on the Earth - witnessing my body's form rippled on the Earth's textures and beings.

My senior study has also been about the power of a pause, the power of ongoing contemplation, and reorienting as needed and when needed.
